Project presentation

The project aims to integrate a number of development solutions across the city and the region, and to harness innovative ideas and technologies to boost tourism, education, health and wellbeing, transport and mobility in the area. The various initiatives are backed by strong Information & Communication Technology (ICT) with the objective of providing a seamless experience to the city’s residents, employees, and other stakeholders. The proposal also envisages a considerable reduction in energy consumption and environmental stress.

To meet the client's objectives, Assystem has been mandated in overall project management, including designing, developing, implementing and monitoring the various projects.

Missions

-Project management:

  • Project identification & prioritisation: identifying stakeholders, planning, scheduling & monitoring of projects
  • Establish & maintain necessary records: assisting in preparation of cash flow statements, reviewing project costs
  • Prepare strategy & framework for citizen engagement and mass communication
  • Ensure compliance

-Project design & development:

  • Situational Analysis Report, Feasibility Report, PDR/ DPR
  • Bid Process Management 

-Project implementation & supervision:

  • Assist client in supervision & monitoring of the work of implementing agencies
