The client is investing in, developing and building green hydrogen production plants to decarbonise sectors that emit very high levels of CO2, such as industry and heavy mobility.Dunkirk's industrial port basin is set to become one of France's first "Low Carbon Industrial Zones". Thanks to its green hydrogen production (1st phase of 200MW), this project will provide an operational solution for local industry, which is working to decarbonise its activities.

The client has selected the Assystem-Doris consortium as owner engineer for the selection of the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor of the project.

PROJECT SCOPE​

Assystem and its partner will provide the following services:

  • Assessment of the client's preliminary studies
  • Drafting of a technical programme for EPC consultation
  • Analysis of the Pre-FEED* of the EPC/OEM** groups
  • Support during technical discussions with EPCs
  • Technical analysis of the bids submitted by the consortia
