Assystem, a key player in the energy transition
Assystem Radicon, a subsidiary of the Assystem Group, supports Saudi Arabia's energy transition, actively contributing to the Kingdom's goal of achieving carbon neutrality. With almost 60 years of expertise, Assystem Radicon offers engineering and project management services, as well as innovative digital solutions and services. The company supports the development of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure, contributing fully to achieving the Kingdom's ‘Vision 2030’ objectives. Assystem Radicon notably supervised the site studies and obtained the building permit for Saudi Arabia's first nuclear power plant, and also conducted impact studies on the electricity grid.
As a partner in Saudi Arabia's energy transformation and sustainable development, Assystem Radicon participated in the Construction Technology ConFeX KSA 2024 on 23 October at the Crowne Plaza in Riyadh. This major event, focused on construction technologies, brought together project owners, contractors, consultants, and companies specializing in intelligent materials and innovative technologies. They all share the vision of shaping a sustainable and digital architectural future for the country, whether in buildings, infrastructure, or cities.
Enhancing Project Efficiency with Integrated Digital Solutions
At the exhibition, Assystem experts offered a series of technical demonstrations highlighting our capabilities in the integration between major digital technologies dedicated to large complex projects. Among the solutions presented on the stand, visitors were able to discover an ecosystem of tools including project management and engineering platforms such as Aconex, Unifier, 3Dexperience, ACC, Revit, VREX. The integration of these platforms adress real customers use cases and their needs in terms of connected CDEs (Common Data Environment) to create data centric digital twins to improve performance, collaboration and overall project efficiency. Throughout an immersive demonstration, visitors were able to navigate inside the digital twin of a large infrastructure and make their inspections, which automatically synchronises with engineering platforms to make the necessary updates. This facilitates the decision-making required for the success of a large infrastructure project.
Today, digital technology is an essential lever for bringing ambitious and complex projects to a successful conclusion, given the industrial, financial, and time challenges involved. Assystem Radicon is committed to working alongside its clients in the energy transition by offering project and data management that enhances agility, improves decision-making and optimises project performance.
