Assystem, an international engineering, digital services and project management company, has acquired 100% of the shares of KEOPS Automation, a French company specializing in the integration of industrial operating platforms and the enhancement of their data (industrial OT and IT, automated systems, supervision systems, BI applied to manufacturing).
KEOPS Automation operates in the nuclear and energy sector and in the fields of industrial, environmental and energy performance. The company is based in Nantes (Carquefou) and generates annual sales of around 7 million euros.
This acquisition is aimed at strengthening Assystem's digital expertise in the field of industrial infrastructure operation and maintenance, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.
By acquiring KEOPS Automation, Assystem is consolidating its capabilities, particularly in the nuclear sector, where there will be many needs for future construction projects and is strengthening its presence in the Pays de la Loire region.
By joining Assystem, KEOPS Automation strengthens the Assystem group's activities in industrial systems performance, which today accounts for more than 500 employees. The teams at KEOPS will benefit from access to Assystem’s portfolio of low-carbon energy projects, notably in the fields of nuclear, fusion, renewable energies, grids, hydrogen and transport infrastructures.
