Hear from our talent
Assystem made my transition from University to working life really smooth. My line manager gave me engineering work that aligned with my discipline and I was soon delving into fascinating engineering tasks early in my career. The initial phase was also a valuable introduction, facilitated by internal training courses, welcome meetings, and bonding time with my fellow graduates.
Having the time to connect with my colleagues further eased my transition into a professional environment. The first 6 months of my experience has been very positive, and I’ve come to recognise the importance of my role in contributing to critical energy transition projects.
