🚀 The Job Mission

As the Engineering Transformation Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering meaningful and tangible changes to the client project. Your role will focus on simplifying processes and fostering behaviors that lead to successful engineering delivery for the site. Your key responsibilities will include:

⚡️ Delivering induction sessions for onboarding team members
⚡️ Facilitating the “working in a cell” workshop, sharing best practices with the team
⚡️ Delivering the configuration maturity session
⚡️ Facilitating the “HoPsCotch” session, guiding team members through project governance
⚡️ Ensuring each onboarded team member has everything they need ahead of their sessions
⚡️ Organizing feedback from sessions and sharing insights with the Implementation Lead

Required Skills and Qualifications

🛠 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
🛠 Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment design
🛠 Strong organizational and communication skills
🛠 Enjoys working in a team and has experience in stakeholder or small team management
🛠 Experience in product management is desirable
🛠 Comfortable facilitating small group discussions
🛠 Proactive approach to ensure team members are well-prepared
🛠 Organized and capable of capturing and sharing session feedback
🛠 Fluent in English; French is desirable
