Job Description
🚀 The Job Mission
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering effective training solutions using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure training programs address skill gaps and support organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
⚡️ Facilitate training programs to meet client business needs across dynamic environments.
⚡️ Evaluate training requests and trends to identify and address skill gaps.
⚡️ Design, develop, and update training content to meet evolving requirements.
⚡️ Collect, interpret, and report training data to support informed business decisions.
⚡️ Maintain accurate training records, plans, and tracking systems.
⚡️ Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
⚡️ Develop and track SMART action plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
⚡️ Coordinate with external training providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Essential Skills:
🛠 Strong understanding of training systems with experience in regulated environments.
🛠 Clear and effective communication and presentation skills.
🛠 Skilled at influencing, coaching, and motivating individuals.
🛠 Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
🛠 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
🛠 Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
Desired Skills:
✔️ Familiarity with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
✔️ Experience working on large-scale or nuclear construction projects.
✔️ Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
✔️ Demonstrated ability to manage external suppliers and training providers.
✔️ Knowledge of planning and stakeholder engagement best practices.
