Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission

As a Technical Leader for Oracle Solutions, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of our business and nuclear projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

⚡️ Managing the implementation of the Oracle demonstrator for R&D, defining functional and technical architecture, installing software, integrating with the Group’s entities, setting up data, planning roles, and monitoring progress
⚡️ Integrating digital tools into innovation projects, defining use cases, technical specifications, and data integration
⚡️ Defining business use cases and integrating project management applications, becoming a reference on Oracle tools for their handling and deployment within the group
⚡️ Supporting innovation projects, defining work packages, use cases, and monitoring technical production and development of digital R&D demonstrators
⚡️ Creating innovative digital offerings for Assystem’s emerging markets in the UK and internationally
⚡️ Mastery of project management skills and digital project management tools
⚡️ Collaborating internationally on innovation projects, interacting with project management experts to define use cases

Occasional travel will be required to France and other destinations abroad.

My profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

🛠 5 years’ higher education (engineering school) with experience in managing PMIS deployment, project management, and integration of digital solutions within regulated projects (e.g., nuclear, defence, rail, or water)
🛠 Functional command of Oracle modules and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
🛠 Previous experience in team management or technical leadership
🛠 Experience or exposure to manufacturing and design systems such as Catia, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, Aveva, Tekla, or Bentley Suite
🛠 Autonomy, ability to work with ambiguity, proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, analytical skills, and ability to teach and implement change management activities
🛠 Fluency in written and spoken English
