✅ Comfortable negotiating a way through conflict

Key requirements of the role:

✅ Delivery of assigned work packages in line with NEC4 contract conditions
✅ Cost and schedule performance of assigned work packages
✅ Risk management
✅ Management and leadership of assigned Project Managers

✅ Essential Skills and Experience

• Engineering design and construction experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts

• Proven leadership experience in highly regulated environments (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Defence, Pharma)

• Full project lifecycle experience – from business case approval through to design, execution, and handover

• Strong experience in change control and risk management

• HND in an engineering, construction, or project management discipline

• NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager

• SMSTS certified

• Electrical bias

• Permanent staff preferred, umbrella contractor accepted
• Sole UK national capable of securing SC
• Hybrid working from Glasgow Client office 3 days/week
