Are you an experienced engineer looking for a unique opportunity to lead the modernisation of essential health physics facilities within a nuclear environment? We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer to support the refurbishment of an existing Nuclear Equipment and Maintenance Support Facility (NEMSFAC).
Your missions:
🎯 Work with multiple stakeholders to capture and refine project requirements.
🎯 Oversee engineering assurance and design processes with minimal hands-on engineering.
🎯 Interface with nuclear facility teams and ensure smooth project execution.
🎯 Ensure additional capacity and modernisation of decontamination, changing, and Electronic Personal Dosimeter (EPD) issuing facilities.

My profile
Qualifications/Skills to be successful:
✅ Engineering Background: Preferably in Building Services, Civil, Structural & Architectural (CS&A), or related disciplines.
✅ Project Experience: 5+ years in engineering delivery, with a solid understanding of project assurance and design.
✅ Stakeholder & Nuclear Awareness: Experience in nuclear environments is a plus, but not essential.
✅ Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple project requirements effectively.
🔹 SC clearance required to start
🔹 All candidates must be sole UK nationals
🔹 Site attendance 1-2 days on a 3-week cycle
