Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Manager position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. This position reports to Head HR

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting the Recruitment team for the positions of the region including maintaining and develop pipeline of eligible candidates. Manage effective on boarding and induction for all new joiners. Supporting the bidding sourcing as and when required.
  • Identify the learning needs for the region and deploy the suitable programs to build capabilities at organizational, functional and individual level.
  • Provide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR services around Performance Management, International Mobility, D&I, Talent Management, Engagement and Exit management.
  • Develop Employee engagement agenda for the region along with planning and executing employee wellness activities.
  • Own establishment matters related HR compliance matters including handling disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure administrative issues are managed and minimum standards of facilities are provided to employees.
  • Responsible for Mobilization and De-mobilization of resources for the projects in the region.
  • Prepare different HR reports on hiring, attrition, training, employee engagement, employee query/issue resolution etc. on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as applicable

 

    My profile

    MBA in Human Resources or related field

    Minimum of 10  years of overall experience .

    Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, HR Operations, Diversity & Inclusion and performance management.

    Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, Regulations, and policies.
