Job Description
Your Future Team: Responsible to the Quality Manager you will be involved in Large scale infrastructure projects and ensuring support and be responsible for tracking and updating various registers in the common data environment with the inputs from the Quality Managers and NEC4 Supervisors.
Your Mission:
Join our team as a Quality Engineer! Ensure and enhance quality standards throughout our project lifecycle.
🛠️ Develop and maintain quality management processes
✅ Review subcontractor activities for compliance
📋 Conduct quality audits and system reviews
🏗️ Monitor on-site quality control activities
🗣️ Present at quarterly quality forums
🔍 Track and manage non-conformities and corrective actions
🖊️ Participate in design reviews
🎓 Conduct quality inductions and training
📊 Monitor key performance indicators
📞 Communicate with third-party representatives

Skills to Succeed:
🎓 General High School Education
📘 ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline
🏅 Associate Member CQI
🛡️ CCNSG Safety Passport
🧾 Auditor Qualification
Preferred:
🎓 ONC/HNC/HND or equivalent in a related subject
🏅 Accredited training towards professional registration (e.g., CQI)
🛡️ IOSH Managing Safely certification
🧾 Lead Auditor Qualification
🔍 Visual Welding Inspection Qualification
Experience:
🏭 3-5 years in a Quality role within Delivery Operations, MRO, Project Delivery, or related industries
🔋 Experience in large-scale projects in regulated sectors like nuclear or similar
🤝 Leadership experience in a Joint Venture or Alliance environment
