Job Description
🚀 The Job Mission
As part of the NSSS (Nuclear Steam Supply System) organisation, your mission is to oversee project reporting, performance tracking, and data management to ensure seamless project delivery. Your expertise in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination will be crucial to success.
⚡️ Lead project reporting and performance tracking for NSSS scope
⚡️ Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project targets are met
⚡️ Support the NSSS Lead PM in implementing processes and transformation initiatives
⚡️ Gather and consolidate project data into a single source for reporting and decision-making
⚡️ Coordinate NSSS plateau activities between contractors and key stakeholders
⚡️ Identify and resolve bottlenecks in site installation and workflow management
⚡️ Ensure effective interface management across project tools (Switch, AS9, Piping Manager, Primavera, etc.)
⚡️ Prepare detailed project reports and validate with NSSS Lead PM

Essential Skills & Experience
🛠 Proven experience in a similar project management role in the construction industry (10+ years)
🛠 Strong data management, reporting, and performance tracking skills
🛠 Experience with large-scale projects, ideally in the nuclear industry
🛠 Strong authority and stakeholder management abilities
🛠 Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear, concise reporting
🛠 Strong leadership skills to drive and coordinate construction teams
🛠 Ability to work autonomously while recognising key escalation points
Desired Skills & Experience
✔️ Degree in Project Management or Engineering
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Project Management for major projects
✔️ Deep understanding of construction processes, ideally in the nuclear sector
✔️ Familiarity with IT tools used by NNB for project tracking and reporting
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
