Job Description

As a Power BI and Power Apps Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying analytical and application solutions tailored to the company’s business needs. Your responsibility will include transforming raw data into actionable insights and creating intuitive, high-performing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Development:

    • Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards.
    • Perform data modelling and optimise query performance.
    • Integrate various data sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
    • Implement advanced DAX measures to meet analytical requirements.
  • Power Apps Development:

    • Design and build custom applications tailored to business needs.
    • Integrate Power Apps with other tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
    • Ensure user-friendly and optimised application interfaces.
  • Power Platform Integration:

    • Automate business processes using Power Automate.
    • Contribute to the governance and security of Power Platform solutions.
  • Support and Training:

    • Train end-users on developed tools.
    • Provide technical support for deployed applications and reports.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX and M languages.
  • Experience with database management and modelling (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure).

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong understanding of business challenges.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
