Job Description
🚀 The Job Mission: Power BI and Power Apps Developer
As a Power BI and Power Apps Developer, you will design, develop, and implement advanced analytical reports and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. Your work will empower teams with actionable insights and user-friendly tools to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and meet critical business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
⚡️ Power BI Development:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Perform data modelling and optimise query performance.
- Integrate diverse data sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
- Implement advanced DAX measures to deliver meaningful business intelligence.
⚡️ Power Apps Development:
- Develop custom business applications aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 to automate workflows.
- Ensure application interfaces are intuitive, user-friendly, and optimised for performance.
⚡️ Power Platform Integration:
- Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
- Contribute to governance, standardisation, and security of Power Platform solutions across the organisation.
⚡️ Support and Training:
- Train end-users on tools, dashboards, and applications developed.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed Power BI and Power Apps solutions.
My profile
🛠 Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong experience with DAX and M languages for advanced data modelling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience in database management and modelling (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
🛠 Personal Qualities:
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical, results-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of business challenges and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
🛠 Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role developing Power Platform solutions.
