Job Description

🚀 Job Mission

In this role, you’ll provide critical IMS/CAD support services for EDF EPR Engineering UK. Your focus will be managing and configuring CAD resources and providing technical support to engineering teams. You’ll work closely with global and local teams to streamline CAD processes and develop automation tools.

Key responsibilities:

⚡️ Provide user support for AVEVA Engineering activities, including resolving issues, delivering training, and managing requests.
⚡️ Coordinate CAD activities, handling requests, and resolving technical issues across various CAD tools.
⚡️ Develop and maintain action plans and roadmaps for CAD and IMS tasks.
⚡️ Liaise regularly with Engineering teams in the UK and France
⚡️ Develop scripts and automation tools to enhance engineering workflows and processes.
⚡️ Deliver training to end-users when required, ensuring teams are equipped with necessary CAD skills.

My profile

Essential Skills:
🛠 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
🛠 Strong proficiency with PDMS or E3D or similar CAD software.
🛠 Proficient in coding languages such as PowerShell, PML, and Python.
🛠 Comfortable with Windows operating systems and IT technologies.

Desired Skills:
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced engineering environment.
✔️ Familiarity with script languages and web technologies.
