Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission

As a Contract Team Leader for Piping Contracts, you will lead activities from the UK under the Contract Engineering Lead’s guidance. You will:

⚡️ Conduct surveillance of manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with design standards.
⚡️ Develop and endorse surveillance planning documents with NNB HPC.
⚡️ Provide technical support to suppliers, addressing gaps in deliverables or quality issues.
⚡️ Manage Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Request for Information (RFI), and other processes.
⚡️ Contribute to the Quality Release Certificate process.
⚡️ Assist in managing technical risks, changes, and decisions related to the contract.
⚡️ Support the interpretation of technical content in contractual correspondence.
⚡️ Engage in technical discussions and design reviews with suppliers and stakeholders.
⚡️ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely fulfillment of contractual obligations.

My profile

Essential Skills:
🛠 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
🛠 Experience in Piping design, preferably in the Nuclear Industry.
🛠 Proven experience in manufacturing surveillance and technical support.
🛠 Knowledge of RCC-M mode / ASME / EN standards.
🛠 Understanding of design and qualification processes in manufacturing.
🛠 Ability to work within cost, schedule, and quality constraints.

Desired Skills:
✔️ Good understanding of various stages of piping system’s design.
✔️ Project engineering experience and stakeholder management.
✔️ Experience with design context and regulatory processes in the UK.
✔️ Understanding of EPR or general PWR design.
