Finding solutions to climate change is the priority of the 21st century and means switching to low-carbon energy. At Assystem, our mission is to accelerate the energy transition worldwide. To achieve this, our 7,000 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.


In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernization and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonize the transport and industry sectors.


Radicon started out in Saudi Arabia 30 years ago as a local engineering company. It now has 450 employees and offices in Tabuk, Riyadh, Al Khobar and Yanbu.


Assystem Radicon is supporting Saudi Arabia’s 2030 Vision by carrying out design studies, site surveys, and construction supervision work. We address a wide range of customers, including public services such as Royal Commissions, Ministries and Operators, etc. In addition, Assystem Radicon is contributing to several complex infrastructure projects, essential to Saudi Arabia’s development.


 


Job Description

As Assystem expands its operations in Saudi Arabia, we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity to join our team in Riyadh. The Senior Key Account Manager will play a vital role in our growth strategy, focusing on enhancing our presence and securing strategic projects throughout all the sectors we are operating in the Kingdom.

Reporting directly to the Saudi Arabia Country Manager, the Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities within our focus sectors. Together, they will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand Assystem’s footprint in Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to achieve sales targets and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess business opportunities in master development, water, infrastructure transportation and energy sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and clients.
  • Coordinate the proposal development process, including bid preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and service offerings tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor the trends in the country, budgetary constraints, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

My profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
