• 🧠 Master the Strategy: Fully understand the strategy and operations of each framework, ensuring top-quality delivery that meets client expectations.
• 📝 Support Winning Bids: Collaborate with the bid team to position Assystem for future framework opportunities.
• 📊 Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Monitor daily activities, ensure compliance, and recommend improvements when needed.
• 👥 Drive Team Growth: Manage onboarding, support project managers, fill vacancies, and coordinate with recruitment to meet business goals.
• 💰 Manage Financial Performance: Oversee profit and loss, project performance, revenue, and budgeting to keep everything on track.
• 🛡️ Ensure Compliance: Implement strong management controls and governance for effective project delivery.
• 📜 Handle Contractual Matters: Make sure all legal aspects are reviewed and understood by the project team.
• 🌍 Represent Assystem: Attend framework-level meetings, supplier reviews, and bidders’ forums as our company ambassador.
• 📈 Shape the Future: Participate in refining and implementing the business plan for the framework’s future success.
