Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission

As an Engineering Interfaces Engineer, you will collaborate with technical stakeholders to manage and control technical interfaces within your scope. Your key responsibilities will include:

⚡️ Collaborate with technical stakeholders to analyse and identify technical interfaces
⚡️ Facilitate bilateral exchanges between technical entities
⚡️ Ensure timely handling of interface steps as described in INS-305
⚡️ Oversee the UK-ICM tool for technical interfaces
⚡️ Assist in preparing, planning, and facilitating Strategic Interface Committees
⚡️ Organize and lead Operational Interface Committees
⚡️ Develop Quality KPIs based on project needs
⚡️ Contribute to establishing the process for managing interfaces with suppliers
⚡️ Proactively identify interface requirements
⚡️ Propose enhancements to the interfaces process and participate in drafting functional specifications for tools
⚡️ Integrate systems engineering principles into the “Interfaces” process

My profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

🛠 Degree Level or equivalent in a relevant subject
🛠 At least 3 years’ experience in engineering, leadership, or project management
🛠 Experience in Nuclear New Build, EPR, or PWR
🛠 Extensive knowledge of the EPR design and engineering processes
🛠 Project and delivery management experience
🛠 Understanding of UK laws, regulations, and best practices in the nuclear industry
🛠 Technical leadership experience in a highly regulated environment
🛠 Excellent communication, organisational, and people engagement skills
🛠 Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
🛠 Exemplary team and pastoral management skills
🛠 Ability to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality
🛠 Fluent in English

Desired Skills

✔️ Working knowledge of the French language
✔️ Experience in transverse technical coordination
✔️ Strong overall technical background
