Job Description
🚀 The Job Mission
As an Engineering Work Package Lead, you will manage the delivery of civil scope for nuclear power plants, collaborating with suppliers to ensure project success. You will:
⚡️Support the development and agreement of contract packages for civil scope.
⚡️Author technical specifications and delivery documents to define contract requirements.
⚡️Engage with contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
⚡️Review tender documents, coordinating technical reviews as necessary.
⚡️Lead contract technical and project meetings to ensure smooth delivery.
⚡️Liaise with RD teams to integrate equipment with other systems.
⚡️Communicate progress, risks, and issues to support contract delivery.
⚡️Manage commercial structures and supplier relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
🛠 Essential Skills:
- Masters’ or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-discipline EPCM projects.
- Working knowledge of CDM regulations and construction activities.
- Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, programming, and EVM tools.
- Leadership experience in managing teams, budgets, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔️ Desired Skills:
- Experience in the UK nuclear sector.
- Knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contract management.
- Proficiency in nuclear processing regulations.
- Experience in technical management of supply contracts.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration experience.
