Your Mission:
Are you a proactive professional with a knack for managing and monitoring change? Join our team as a Change Analyst and play a key role in our project’s success!
Join a dynamic team dedicated to developing and maintaining vital Defence infrastructures. As a Change Analyst you will support the successful implementation of the Programme Change Management Plan and ensures that all Stakeholders involved in the process are kept up to date with progress of all submitted Changes.

- 📋 Support Implementation: Help implement and continually review the Programme Change Management Plan.
- 📝 Update Change Register: Keep the Change Register current, accurately reflecting the status of changes within the project.
- 🔍 Monitor Project Changes: Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- 🤝 Support Change Committee: Assist in managing the Change Committee.
- 📊 Present Metrics: Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team.
- 📈 Identify Trends: Establish and highlight trends in submitted changes for senior team review.
- 🔄 Liaise with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
- 💻 Review Project Portfolio: Conduct regular reviews of the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package.
