Job Description

  • Saudi National
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Knowledge of KSA/UAE tax and finance regulation is a PLUS.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Book, manage and track day-to-day transactions under QuickBooks (receipts, deposits, purchases, invoices, payments, the payroll entries, and all the other standard bookkeeping tasks).
  • Track and manage accounts receivable and payable aging.
  • Prepare payments, posting cash, bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow).
  • Prepare financial reports and perform accounting tasks as required for the job
  • Assist on forecasting and budgeting activities
  • Monitor the cash balance to ensure adequate cash availability
  • Prepare the Group Inter-company reconciliation
  • Prepare VAT filing.
  • Communicate with external auditor and provide all the supporting documents needed.
  • Be a team player & support the team when needed

My profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 3-5 years’ experience
